Perfect summer selection for the soup lover. 2 avocados 2 medium size cucumbers 2 T jalapenos (seeded) 2 T white wine vinegar 2 spring onions 2/3 C cilantro 2 C white cranberry juice 2 t salt cucmber slices for garnish
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Chill and serve. Add more cranberry juice is you desire a thinner consistency.
